Other clients are engaged in: banking, commercial printing, computer software, distribution of computer supplies and peripherals, distribution of industrial plastics, distribution of printed forms, fine art auctioning and appraisal, food processing, investment banking, office supplies, and personnel placement.

 

Litigation:  Our litigation experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration panels in general civil matters, including general business litigation, commercial litigation and disputes in the following areas: computer software and intellectual property; environmental contamination; fidelity bonds; insurance coverage; products liability; professional liability; securities law violations; plaintiff and defendant personal injury matters; employment; discrimination; and contracts.

 

Estate, Probate and Trust Administration: We advise clients with respect to estate planning, estate taxation, probate and trust administration. We serve as counsel to trusts, estates and individual and institutional fiduciaries with respect to estate and trust administration and probate litigation and serve as executors and trustees of estates and trusts.

 

Real Estate: We have extensive experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, permitting, financing and leasing matters.
